By accessing or using RoofPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

RoofPilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides roofing businesses with tools for proposals, CRM, scheduling, measurements, material ordering, invoicing, and related business operations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payment

RoofPilot offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page
Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Provide valid, current payment information

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and logos — are owned by RoofPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our brand or intellectual property outside of normal use of the Service.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas, United States of America.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
