  • What is RoofPilot?

RoofPilot is an all-in-one software platform built specifically for roofing contractors. It brings together everything you need to run your business in one place — CRM, roof measurements, proposals, invoicing, material ordering, job site photo documentation, and scheduling.

When your tools are connected, information flows through your entire workflow automatically. Measurements go straight into proposals. Proposals convert to invoices. Photos link to jobs. No re-entering data. No switching between apps.

  • What does RoofPilot include?

RoofPilot includes a complete set of tools built for roofing contractors:

    • CRM & Lead Management — track leads, customers, and follow-up activity in one place

    • Roof Measurements — aerial reports delivered within 90 minutes, plus a DIY satellite tracing tool

    • Proposals — professional, branded proposals with digital signatures

    • Invoicing & Payments — generate invoices from accepted proposals and collect payment

    • Material Ordering — order directly from your suppliers inside RoofPilot

    • Scheduling & Calendar — manage crew schedules and appointments

    • RoofCam — job site photo documentation, organized automatically by job

Everything is connected — so information created in one step is available in every step that follows.

  • Can I try RoofPilot for free?

Yes. RoofPilot offers a free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to explore the platform and see how it fits your workflow before committing.

  • Does RoofPilot work on mobile devices?

Yes. RoofPilot works on iPhone, Android phones, and tablets. Your crew can capture job site photos, view job details, and update records from the field. The office sees everything in real time — no waiting until the end of the day for updates.

  • What integrations does RoofPilot support?

RoofPilot integrates with the suppliers and tools you already use:

    • Material Suppliers: ABC Supply, QXO, XRS, and many more.

    • Accounting: QuickBooks

See the full list on the Integrations page.

  • How accurate are the roof measurements?

RoofPilot's aerial measurement reports are 98–99% accurate. Every report is human-verified before delivery and guaranteed within 90 minutes. Each report includes total area, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, and eave lengths — formatted for use in proposals and material orders.

RoofPilot also includes a DIY satellite tracing tool for quick measurements on simpler jobs or when you're still on site.

  • Can I import my existing customers and leads?

Yes. You can import your existing customer and lead data into RoofPilot using a standard CSV file. Our team is available to help with the import if needed. Most customers have their data moved over and are up and running within a day or two.

  • Is my data secure with RoofPilot?

Yes. All data in RoofPilot is encrypted and stored securely in the cloud. Job site photos captured through RoofCam are backed up automatically — if a device is lost, replaced, or damaged, your records are still intact and accessible from any device.
