Our Story

RoofPilot was born out of frustration.

Our founder, Hunter West, spent years in the roofing industry watching talented contractors struggle with disconnected tools and hidden fees. After running estimates on spreadsheets, chasing leads through email, and losing track of jobs across five different platforms, he knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to build the all-in-one roofing software we wished existed. Not software adapted from generic construction tools. Not point solutions that only solve one problem. But a complete platform built specifically for roofers—from the first lead to the final invoice.

Hunter West is the Founder and CEO of RoofPilot, a serial entrepreneur who has owned, operated, and sold multiple blue-collar service companies and software businesses. With years of hands-on experience in both the software and roofing industries, his vision is to empower roofing businesses with intuitive tools that boost productivity, reduce errors, and drive growth in a competitive market.

Founder & COO

Cooper McGregor is Chief Operations Officer at RoofPilot, drawing on a decade of technical leadership in building scalable software solutions at leading tech firms.
